TEULERIA ALMENAR, S.A. is a modern and dynamic company, which concentrates all its resources to manufacture basic ceramic products for construction.

Two production centres, located in the town of Almenar (Lleida), with an approximate area of 70,000 sq. m, allow us to give full satisfaction to a wide market and to fulfil, with flexibility, the objectives required by our customers.

Our aims have always been based on two premis: quality and service. In order to achieve such purposes, we have a technically qualified and efficient human team, as well as the most modern equipment, production, and quality control means. 

The interest in creating a product which is continually improving has led us to widen our range of articles. To this end, we have built a new plant that, just as the previous factory, has an uninterrupted working system, which is operative 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We have improved our quality from offering just two products (HOLLOW BRICK and PERFORATED BRICK-10) to being able to offer a whole range of partitioning products existing in the market, as well as new big size articles that were not present in our country before.

QUALITY:

TEULERIA ALMENAR S.A. has a quality control which is adapted to each product.

In our factories, format, drying and firing control tests are performed daily to our different products.

Furthermore, every six months homologated laboratories perform various tests on the materials resistance, volume, flatness of units, etc.

Concerning interior partition wall pieces, acoustic tests are performed in homologated laboratories.

Today, TEALSA is in the process of getting the ISO 9000 standard certification.

LOGISTICS:

Our products are supplied to the customer by a fleet of trucks, either hired or owned. TEALSA has four trailer trucks in order to perform deliveries to any place of the Peninsula in a record time. This allows us to have a great adaptability to supply rush orders.

TEALSA has all its wide range of products in stock, so that they can be supplied just a few hours after they are ordered and it takes only the transport time.

SERVICE:

Applying new techniques and ant training our staff are common values in our company.

In order to guarantee total quality, TEALSA has a wide variety of products, as well as efficient and fast transportation.
